Polypropylene binding tapes are the cheapest binding tapes. They are distinguished for their simple use; therefore they are used in different industrial sectors. They represent an excellent solution in binding light products and pallets.
Usage
The tape can be used with manual staplers, battery staplers or in (semi)automatic binding machines. To fix the tape manually you can use manual staplers and clips while battery or (semi)automatic machines make a weld, which is a better quality solution. Uncoilers are used to make the use and transport of tapes easier. For the protection of the goods at the edges plastic corner protectors are used.
Dimensions and qualities of tapes

Tensile strength: | it is very important quality of the tape, indicating what force can support the tape; tensile strength is defined with the width and thickness |
Inner diameter of the reel: | 200, 280, 406 mm |
Stretching: | 15 – 35% |

For easier manipulation of the tapes, uncoilers on wheels are recommended, which prevent the tape from getting loose and have a handy deposit tray on top. Suitable for reels of the inner diameters of 200, 280 and 406 mm.
When using binding tapes plastic corner protectors are frequently used. They distribute the force to a larger area and thus prevent that the tape might cause damage to the product at the edges.
